01The Gap

A Degree Opens the Door. Workplace Capability Helps You Walk Through It.

Most graduates start their first job with the same honest questions:

01

What will I actually do at work?

02

What does a fresher do all day?

03

What skills do I really need?

04

How do I prove I can work?

05

How do I become job ready?

06

How do I turn my projects into a job?

02A New Way

Don’t just become job-qualified. Become workplace-capable.

A degree can qualify you for an opportunity. Workplace capability helps you perform once you enter it.

What we stand for

  • Real Work Over Theory
  • Context Before Tools
  • Practice Over Passive Learning
  • Capability Over Certificates
  • Proof Over Claims
03Framework

Anubhav’s Job-Readiness Framework

One way to think about readiness. One way to measure it.

How we think

JOB READY Framework

The mindset and approach behind professional readiness.

How we measure

Six Evaluation Dimensions

The six areas used to understand capability and growth.

Dimension 1

Corporate Understanding

How companies, teams and managers actually work.

Dimension 2

Digital & AI Productivity

Using everyday tools and AI to work faster and better.

Dimension 3

Workflow Execution

Taking a task from brief to finished output.

Dimension 4

Business Communication

Writing, reporting and speaking so work moves forward.

Dimension 5

Workplace Problem Solving

Handling unfamiliar tasks with a clear approach.

Dimension 6

Career Proof & Positioning

Showing evidence of what you can actually do.

Job readiness is not one skill. It is the ability to combine these capabilities to perform real workplace work.

04Capability in Practice

One Workplace Task. Six Capabilities.

This is what workplace capability looks like in practice.

Manager task

“Prepare this week’s recruitment status report and highlight any issues.”

  1. 01

    Corporate Understanding

Understand why the report matters, who will use it and what decision it supports.

  2. 02

    Digital & AI Productivity

Use the right digital tools and AI assistance to work efficiently.

  3. 03

    Workflow Execution

Collect, verify, organize and deliver the required output.

  4. 04

    Business Communication

Give clear updates and communicate missing information or blockers.

  5. 05

    Workplace Problem Solving

Identify issues, investigate what changed and determine what needs attention.

  6. 06

    Career Proof & Positioning

Capture the completed work as evidence of professional capability.

Different departments. Different tasks. The same underlying workplace capabilities.

05How It Works

We Don’t Teach Tools in Isolation.

Every skill starts with a real workplace problem and ends with something you can show.

The tool is never the starting point. The work is.

  2. Workflow
  3. Task
  4. Tool
  5. Output

09About

Workplace readiness, built from real observation.

I’m Anubhav Taneja, Founder of Corporate Skills Academy and a Workplace Readiness Educator focused on the college-to-corporate transition.

Across 8+ years of professional experience, I’ve interviewed and observed 650+ freshers approaching their first roles.

Over the years, I kept seeing the same pattern: graduates with academic qualifications and theoretical knowledge often had limited exposure to how real workplace work is actually performed.

That observation led me to focus on one question: What does it really take to become workplace-capable?

The answer connects workplace capability, real workflows, execution, practical learning and proof of work.

Long-term aspiration: to reach 10 lakh+ learners and help 1 lakh+ become job ready. A goal we’re working towards, not a claim of results.

The goal isn’t to look job ready. It is to build the capability and confidence to contribute when real work begins.
